Placing an order is easy! Simply select the items you want, place them in your cart, and when you’re finished shopping, proceed to checkout.

You also have the option to call us at 888-510-6958 to place your order directly with a customer service representative, or email us for assistance at info@tickledpet.com.

Registering for a Tickled Pet account has a variety of benefits. The account helps you remember what your pet’s favorite treats are, streamlines the ordering process, and notifies you when we run special promotional offers or sales.

We currently have four main shipping options:

1. Regular ground shipping within the contiguous United States (48 adjoining US states, plus Washington D.C.),as well as to PO and APO addresses. Shipping time is between 4-5 business days days

2. Express overnight shipping within the contiguous United States

3. Expedited two-day shipping within the contiguous United States

4. Retail ground shipping (formerly known as USPS parcel post and standard post) to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping time is up to business days, although the USPS warns that timeliness of service may be affected by the limited availability of transportation.

We stand by our products and promise you 100% satisfaction on every order! If the products you order aren’t perfect, we’ll do our best to make things right.

Up to 30 days following the original purchase date, you’ll be eligible to an even exchange, credit, or full refund.

Steps for a refund/return:

1. Contact us at info@tickledpet.com regarding the issue

2. We will respond with follow-up instructions on how to proceed, if necessary sending you a free return shipping label and return merchandise authorization (RMA) number

3. Ship the product back to us in its original packaging, using the free shipping label

4. We will process your return within two weeks, issuing a full refund for the original purchase price to the credit card used to make the purchase (unfortunately, we do not refund the original shipping charges)

Please note that after 30 days, your claim will be subject to the discretion of our customer service team, and may be subject to restocking or return processing fees may be applied. Additionally, return shipping costs will not be covered.
